What is a sound bath?
A rest experience built on sound and vibration from Himalayan singing bowls, gong and supporting instruments. You lie or sit still and do nothing; the gentle vibration helps the body release and the mind settle. It is a relaxation experience, not a medical treatment.
Which treatment should I choose first?
To try it out: Wellness Scan 15 min (280,000₫) or Deep Nap Ritual 25 min (480,000₫). For a stiff neck and shoulders: Head Wellness 30 min (380,000₫). If you sleep poorly and want a full session: Sleep Reset 75 min (780,000₫).
Do I need to book ahead?
Yes, we recommend it. Soulnest takes only 1–2 guests per room to keep the space private and quiet, so daily slots are limited — especially weekends and longer journeys. We close at 19:00, so the 130-minute Ultimate Sleep Ritual needs to start by 16:45.
What happens during a session?
Every treatment opens with a 10-minute Opening Ritual — a herbal foot soak and a Mind Scan with an antique bowl. Then comes the main experience you chose, and it closes with herbal tea and sweets. Sound healing sessions begin with 5 minutes of guided breathing.
I have never meditated. Is it still for me?
Yes. You don't need any experience, posture or effort to concentrate. The therapist guides your breathing at the start; after that you simply lie still and listen.
Can we come as a couple or a group?
Yes. Soulnest has a couple's room for 2 guests, and Group Sound Healing 75 min (3,880,000₫ per group) for up to 6 people — good for friends, family or a small team.
Are taxes included? Should I tip?
Listed prices exclude 8% VAT and 10% service charge. Soulnest does not accept tips.
Who should not book a sound healing session?
If you are pregnant, managing a medical condition, recently had surgery, or wear an implanted medical device, please tell us when booking so we can recommend a suitable treatment — or check with your doctor first. Everything at Soulnest is a relaxation experience and does not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.
